Peace

After stepping out of the flat I needed a quick stop on a bench in the park. Looked up and saw the word peace. The worst thing about asthma for me, after cough induced vomiting is the coughing spasms. Once you start it's hard to stop. Not sharing this for sympathy but just a statement of how it is. Im really grateful that my medicines keep me healthy most of the time.
