Lamb kofta with orzo

We had planned to freeze some of this but by the time Susie and I had had seconds and Harvie thirds, there was only enough to merit saving in the fridge for a quick  lunch. We watched the first Mission: Impossible film with Harv. Fewer stunts and a smaller, more manageable plot than the latest overblown outing for Tom.
