“Slow down, take time, allow yourself to be wildly diverted from your plan. People are the soul of the place; don't forget to meet them and enjoy their company as you explore a place.”
― David duChemin

Roedden ni'n gofalu am Sam heddiw ac roedd e'n ddiwrnod arbennig iawn hefyd.

Penderfynon ni fynd allan i Cucina da Mara i gael cinio. Aethon ni ar ein beiciau gyda Sam fel teithiwr ar feic Nor'dzin. Ar ôl mwynhau Pitsas aethon ni dros y ffordd i Eglwys Santes Ffair lle roedd Sam yn ymddangos yr un mor ddiddordeb â mi mewn cerrig beddau.

Gwnaethon ni'n parhau ein fforiadau par cerdded i Gerddi Santes Ffair lle roedd eglwys arall yn arfer bod. Nawr mae'n barc bach gyda cherrig beddau o gwmpas y waliau ac ar y llawr hefyd. Treulion ni awr yna yn edrych are y planhigion a cchoed, cyn cerdded wrth y nant yn ôl i'r pentref i gael cacen.  Ar ôl ein hantur, seiclon ni adre i aros am Richard i fynd â Sam.

Roedd e'n ddiwrnod blinedig, yn enwedig ar ôl penwythnos blinedig, ond roedd e'n wych i weld yr ardal gyda llygaid ffres.

We looked after Sam today and it was a very special day too.

We decided to go out to Cucina da Mara for lunch. We went on our bikes with Sam as a passenger on Nor'dzin's bike. After enjoying Pitsas we went over the road to St Mary's Church where Sam seemed just as interested in gravestones as I was.

We continued our explorations by walking to Saint Mary's Gardens where another church used to be. Now it's a small park with tombstones around the walls and on the floor too. We then spent an hour looking at the plants and trees, before walking by the stream back to the village to get a cake. After our adventure, we cycled home to wait for Richard to take Sam.

It was a tiring day, especially after a tiring weekend, but it was great to see the area with fresh eyes.
