Thirty-One & Wet

The Falmouth & Penryn Veterans Breakfast Club July meet up was on a very wet and windy Saturday. As always it was good to see friends, old and new, over the best meal of the day.
Because we vary our location from one month to the next we try a variety of restaurants and venues and no one venue benefits from a regular £450+ each month - Spread the love.
Todays started at 9:00am and I finished additional coffees and chat around midday.
A walk through a wet town was really quite invigorating and by the time I reached the far end of the main drag the weather had cleared a little and you could see out across the harbour.

I picked Mrs S up from work, we changed into appropriate clothing for a 70’s themed 50th Birthday Party, picked friend Lucy up on the way and headed off.
Bottles of Babycham, pineapple & cheese hedgehogs, sherbet dip dabs the works, I particularly liked the 70’s music, I went from a teen to a twenty something in the 70’s.
A lovely evening.
