The photo is of Mrs S and friend Lucy from last nights 70’s party - what a hoot.

This morning I was out early for an Epic ‘Leisure Row’, quite enjoyable and it blew the cobwebs away. We went for coffee afterwards, a ‘Golden Arches’ flat white not as bad as I feared it would be. My walk with Paddy in a surprisingly dry Sunday following yesterdays rain.

I enjoyed sorting our evening meal today, Mediterranean Vegetables with chicken, I got carried away with the veg and the three of us ate well tonight.

It’s been a good week, less stress, more time with Mrs S, more relaxing.
