Hovering Serendipity. Leitz Telyt-V 200mm
It's in the low 90s today, but I had time to visit Mt. Auburn Cemetery, hoping for some bird life. The birds are way too smart; they were nowhere to be seen. I was sitting on a stone bench under some big old trees, at least 10° cooler, concentrating on the blossoms of a water plant growing from the pond. The old Leitz lens has to be focused manually, and the depth-of-field is tiny. I had everything lined up, when along came a Bumbler. Shifted the frame, and lost my optimal focus. I'll share it anyway. The Extra shows the original frame.
