Apprentices

Ian the builder brought his young grandson and friend with him today. They occupied themselves in the garden using Ian’s tools, even the drill driver. They made a bird box. Granddad is obviously a good teacher and role model. The boys were so well behaved and polite.
Our garden looks a right mess and all overgrown just now as I haven’t been able to do anything what with all the building mess out there, the weather and going back and forth to Scotland. 
I did manage to find raspberries and gooseberries amongst it all though.

I have felt absolutely great today after yesterdays high temperatures.
I got quite a lot done.
Now I’m really tired though so off to bed.
