Mother and child - Zamora

I love this sculpture - the sheer exuberance and joy. Lots of other beautiful statues in this beautiful city. Good journey from Caceres but a few wrong turnings before I found my hotel’s underground car park. Had large breakfast and skipped lunch but now hungry and near impossible to get food before 7.30. Having a vino and nuts in the sunshine in Plaza Mayor. It’s very hot.
