Display In Town

The Fire station is on display in town....was enjoyable walking around and seeing old fire engines and the modern ones used today.

Thankfully the sun is shining today....a little chilly, but hoping this afternoon its hotter so that I can get some natural Vit D....plan to lie in the sun on my patio. * Plan is the word *

I did Day 2 of Insanity workout this morning - with very stiff calves from yesterdays workout...and this evening I'm teaching a fitness class to my ladies. I have named them The Power Ladies....:))
