These are two pieces of equipment I always use when I go out running.
My Garmin for time, distance and speed
Then my iPod for music.
I'm someone who needs music when I run, I find it keeps me from struggling to find a rhythm. Many runners prefer to run listening to the nature, but as an instructor who has always used music in my classes, I need music....:)
Today has been an active day for me.
Did the Insanity workout - Recovery so lots of deep stretching.
8km run
And later I am off to teach a Kettlebell class.
I was hoping to lie in the sunshine today for an hour...but its cloudy....yes, its warmish, but not tanning weather. I like spending an hour in the sun for natural Vit D which is so crucial for me.
