" while holding it in place then scooting to the loo where she spent nearly an hour bellowing like a harpooned whale. We've all been there. Another lady recently was the centre of a medical emergency while suffering an asthma attack in her sleep. Half a dozen staff leapt into action as she seemed to be choking. One young doctor said "oh! It looks like lung tissue!" After some investigation a relieved voice declared "no - it's a chocolate!".
