Sound the Trumpets!

The Hummingbirds are back!  My trumpet vine is blooming and that always, well, usually, brings a Hummer or two.  Not the best photo of her but I'm just happy she came for breakfast at the cafe.  A strong storm cell came through last night and knocked out the power for a couple of hours but the generator kept the ac's running.  One more hot day and then we are in for at least a week of lovely temperatures.  It will be so welcomed. Gift#208: my first Hummingbird.
