Another picture taken by No.2.  He wanted me to pose in the flower patch.  

Quiet day.  OH played golf and won.  OH slept for a long time but woke at lunchtime refreshed.  I did some gardening and filled a couple of wheelbarrows with weeds and cuttings.  The dahlias are looking amazing - pictures to follow.  Relaxing afternoon reading and No.1 writing another insta post which she has found cathartic.  Phone call from Trisha - No1's co-ordinator who said that generally recovery from such an operation is around 4 weeks so she should be easy on herself.

JC off to Europe for a week - initially No.1 less than impressed (particularly as he is taking the car she is unable to drive!!) but has accepted the idea with the usual stoicism and understanding she shows.  

Another day done.  Onwards and upwards
