Art Journalling

A lovely day at an Introduction to Art Journalling retreat day I organised for a lady to come do at church. Thought she was really good at explaining why she did things certain ways, and the theological reasons behind it all. An extra of some of the eco-dyes we used to “wreck” our journals at the start (so we weren’t faced by a daunting blank double page when we began our journalling) - and also why this flower is dripping - as we could use them as paintbrushes - along with a whole variety of other bits - twigs, bubble wrap, cardboard… etc!

Popped out at lunch to take a gift and some messages from some of the Mus to Cathy - a year ago today Wilbur (Sophie’s dad) passed away suddenly - hours after Cathy and Sophie had landed in NZ and so they had to turn around and come back… sort things and then go back to NZ for a funeral service. They have coped incredibly!
