HELPING IN THE GARDEN

Hello Lovely Blippers,

First of all, Mrs. HCB says thank you for all your kind and lovely comments on her recent Blips - she is very sorry she hasn’t been commenting, but hopes to be back very soon doing what she enjoys.  In the meantime, she sends her love and good wishes to you all.

We wanted to help Mr. HCB in the garden, which we did and then we had to sit and have a rest - we don’t know how Mr. HCB keeps going out there because it is very warm when the sun shines.  

We know that he grew the lovely hollyhocks behind us in one of their raised beds from seed and he says that’s what takes all the time, looking after them and nurturing them and making sure they get watered at the right time etc etc 

Some of us enjoyed just romping in the long grass and you can see that the wild flowers are growing well too - but that makes more work for Mr. HCB because it all has to be scarified etc etc

In between the etc etc Mr. HCB also has to look after Mrs. HCB - and today he had to watch her carefully as she walked with crutches through the grass - but we were there to help her if anything untoward happened, which we are glad to say didn’t - we think Admirer would be proud of the way we are helping Mrs. HCB and Mr. HCB too.
