Side of the road back blip

This is Yellow Common Toad Flax. It was growing along the road near our late friend Bob's cabin. There are wild flowers growing all along the road side leading to our farm. Always something in bloom to beautify the ride up the dicey road. It is still very smoky. I have been staying inside most of the day working on the curtains. What was I thinking???
I also made turkey alfredo for the neighbors dinner. I thought Lester could have that since his surgeon said he should follow a soft diet. His mom (89) is caring for him and said she is running out of dinner ideas. Thought it would help her a bit.
