Cherry eye back blip

I mowed grass late yesterday evening to avoid the smoke as much as possible. It is supposed to be better today. Sugar has been scratching and I have been giving her Benadryl as per the vet. I do not have a vehicle so no way to get to the vet. Lester can not drive for 2 more weeks. I think this happened while she was scratching. It kinda' creeps me out but vet said it is nothing to really worry about as it should go away by itself.
