Chessel's Court

Up to the old town on a number 35 in order to give a tutorial at the training centre - I love the walk through Chessel's Court from the bus stop. It's so tranquil and lovely, yet only a few metres away from the Royal Mile.

On my way to the bus I had passed a young man sticking a sign up on the railings here that said 'Clearing Out' with his mobile number - presumably for anyone who wanted to lay claim to an old freezer or a dragon pillar. I asked if it was going to open as a restaurant again and he said yes - and I thought he said something about Sikka in Dubai, but was in a hurry for the bus so didn't stop to check. Have since Googled a bit, and sure enough there seems to be something of that name.....
