Last Day of Tall Ships

A poor morning of rain, but turned into a sunny afternoon in Scalloway.  A cloudy evening with showers in Lerwick. 

After a great night out last night, it was a seriously lazy day today.  I met friend Julie for walkies in the afternoon.  Off out tonight for the last night of the Tall Ships celebrations. 

Sadly the end of the Tall Ships race is coming to an end.  There was meant to be a final race sail parade this morning, but due to the fog it had to be cancelled.  Ships have left today, but slowly by themselves.  When I came to town, the Bima Suci was leaving. I captured her coming, and now her leaving.  Everyone been to the Tall Ships have had a super time, now we wait until they return again.  Taken from Fort Charlotte, Lerwick.
