Our first beach day. We were at the beach early so got a couple of front row beds (we soon decided there were too many children and annoying people at the front and that we would pick back row in the future).

Had a few dips in the sea, read our books, had a beach beer. We stopped for a cocktail on the way back to the hotel (tricky because the hotel was literally on the beach), then had a little snooze before dinner.

Back to our favourite restaurant for dinner and impulsively decided it would be our expensive evening. We had a bottle of wine (Croatian white is absoluuuutely delicious), Matt had a steak, I had the creamiest bowl of pasta… and we still didn’t spend that much. Bloody love Croatia.

Stopped for an ice cream on the way home from dinner even though I was full, then had a cocktail in the hotel bar and played some cards (kicked Matt’s butt, natch).
