three trees

Laburnum, Summer Linden, Winter Linden - like a big tower next to our house, probably as big as the sky, but we're not sure, maybe a little bit smaller after all. At the moment they are full of birds, in a few weeks time the Linden will buzzzzzzzzzzzzz with bees as it comes into blossom. There aren't many bees around yet as it's beeeeeen cold. But I did find a dried up frog on the lawn - how on earth, when we have been dealing with flooding, did a frog manage to dry out about 2 metres away from the pond? That one definitely wins a Darwin Award.
