We're all Doune'd

Busy work morning, then afternoon looking around Doune Castle.  We were all keen to see it as it is in lots of movies (including Monty Python).  However, it turned out to be the worst sort of castle for me - with a long spiral staircase to be climbed to see the main stuff.  After a few false starts,  CarbBoy supported me through my irrational terror of spiral staircases and I made it all the way up and (importantly) down. With the benefit of backblipping I can report that the stress of the ascent and descent left me with very sore legs for days!

Only those of a certain age will get the title.
