Daisy

I met up with BC this morning for coffee at her home.  She has a lovely garden and I had wanted to take some macro shots of some of the flowers, even though the weather was very wet.

I grabbed what I thought was the macro on my way out but managed to get hold of the 100-400 as they look very similar.  Curses.  I did like the daisy taken with my phone though.

Have just planted my acquisitions.  It is quite wet here this afternoon but I probably won't get another chance for gardening this week.  Grand-children arrive tomorrow with Dad for a few days.  He says he is leaving home early to miss the traffic around Birmingham.

We are bracing ourselves......
