Nearly biblical weather

You can't see in this picture how much it's been raining today. It's also thundering right now. Buddha is next to me shivering under a blanket. I nearly feel like doing the same. The rain has been nearly biblical.

I've used the day to do some recycling and cutting fabric. I have few piles still left to sort out. I'll continue tomorrow.

Valtteri Bottas (the F1 driver) is from Nastola where we live. He still comes around time and a time with his girlfriend the cyclist Tiffany Cromwell. Today they cycled the same roads that I have cycled with my husband. They went to Vuolenkoski and Heinämaa and next to the millionaire's mansion. The only exception is that they did over 100km today and joined many of my routes. My husband follows then on Strava, so that how we know. They apparently did get wet today...
