Another grey wet day. 
Met a friend for a walk and coffee this morning. 
This afternoon the agitation began, tight chest and the feeling of a panic attack on the way. It has stayed at this level all day. A few things contributing to this feeling I think. 
I went for a walk before heading into Aldi.
