Monday Rain Day

How grim has July been!!!!

News from S Korea is that the scouts have been delayed entering the village due to drainage problems as there has been lots of rain…. And Cameron and the others in the IST have to help sort it. I told him to risk assess and was it dangerous. And what skills would he be using to sort it, maybe his many years in the building g trade……

Ben in Chorley has also had rain problems at his camp (he’s there a week). They have had to build a boot drying rack……. Not sure that’s gonna work as it’s so damp…. Ugh

Over at the flat again, sorting stuff and general tidying out. My mum has multitudes of cardigans of every colour under the sun. And blouses. It’s hard to do this. We take our time.

Missing mum. Missing our daft FaceTime calls. And the texts at random times. Missing it all. Missing her.
