We met Susan , who was mum’s fortnightly cleaner. They met about 9 years ago when Susan was working in the complex while doing her social work degree at Uni. She did some cleaning for a few of the residents too. When she graduated she kept Mum on and she enjoyed her company and they got on very well.

It was great sitting and hearing stories that mum would tell Susan - about us and hearing that they had lots of giggles. She was there about an hour and then took some stuff to one of the old people’s homes she goes to in Blair.

Out a little walk later. A car had mashed into a cyclist on the Glasgow Road and the cycle was in two bits. Hope the person is ok.

Flowers are from a lovely friend and they are beautiful.
