Onion squash

This 'Uchiki Kuri' squash is far from covering the hazel arch I made for it (full of hope and vision) last winter but it's finally started to bulge.

At the bottom of the other arch, I have a butternut squash plant so I doubt it'll climb very high but it's only early August so I'm prepared for surprises - and banking on an Indian summer!
