'Poona Kheera' cucumber

I harvested my first ('Marketmore') cucumber today - yay!

This is a cultivar I haven't tried growing before. It's called 'Poona Kheera', and the fruit - which go from yellow to a russet colour as they mature - are best harvested when they're pink.

I can't wait to see how this greenhouse plant does for me. Growing new things is always very exciting...
