I was at the hospital most of the day. This morning I chaired the Patient and Carer Experience Group and met a lovely young lady who has lived experience of learning disabilities. I was thanked by her for making sure she was able to follow everything and then informed that we will chair the next meeting together. 

I had a research project meeting this afternoon which I stayed there for as I had a meeting room. 

When Beau saw the taxi bringing me back he had to come out to say hello. He’s here with me tonight. Pete was over so I went around for a drink and Beau spent the whole time on my lap. I have managed to get some space in the bed!
