Walking Past the Old Modelo

Busy afternoon with the assessment of a mixed-mode course in a school in Greece. I was observing face-to-face classes in the centre and observing on Zoom. Another one done and dusted. Well, almost. I still have to approve the final grades when the course finishes next week, update the report and send to Cambridge. It was the first time I’d assessed a mixed-mode course and all the trainees were happy that they’d taught the online lessons in the first 5 weeks and then face-to-face in the second half. They said that they’d been much more nervous of the online classes, but actually ended up quite enjoying them and learning a lot about how to exploit all the tools.

Another hot day here. Never seems to cool down at all.
