The Sun Found His Hat!

What a beautiful morning to enjoy a walk in the Shibden Valley. The sun finally came out to play and it was a real treat to feel it's warmth on my skin as I strolled.

This afternoon I have been royally treated by Midgeholedave and Bezziepet who hosted myself, and Mum, to deliver some blip postcards. It was a jolly good excuse to sample some of Mrs MD's homemade treats and a good old brew.

They welcomed us into their home with open arms and it really was like meeting somebody I sort of already knew!

Endless chatter and lots of giggles. A pleasure to meet them and hopefully we shall be able to do it again. :-)
