Blue sky

The day started well and didn't deteriorate too much - and it was even warm.
I decided to do my shopping on the way home from the Health Walk and only thought too late I could have gone on my bike and shopped later.
It was a lovely morning for walking and chatting (and tea and biscuits).
Mr Rat was back from his successful overnight bikepacking trip and got the grass cut whereas I didn't do any gardening for a change, my excuse being I didn't want to get in the way. I did get various other things done and had a run.
I've been watching the track cycling and am amazed at how anyone can ride a bike at speed with an above knee amputation. It's brilliant the para-cycling is interspersed with the standard.
