Unseasonal

The weather forecast for today looked more like October than August. It rained from the minute we got up and stopped about 9 this evening. At one point the shop felt so cold we put the fan heater on. I am grateful to all my lovely customers who braved the weather, bought from the shop and generally added some sunshine into the day with their chat and laughter.
We dropped into M&S on the way home, last week I was anticipating some warmer weather and checking out summer tops. Today there was a massive summer sale on and winter coats were in evidence. Did I blink and miss summer?
