Grumpy Old Sod!

I always have to smile when I walk past this garden beside the canal. The garden is tiny and packed with plants and ornaments. We spent the morning weeding the mooring garden and towpath. Really hard work as it was so overgrown and there are so many deep rooted thistles and couch grass. There were some lovely flowers too among all the weeds.(Extra)
It was a dry day Yay!
We had a visit from Eddie the sign writer who painted ‘Fiddlesticks’ on our boat. He was telling us he was asked to appear in a BBC 2 programme with Robson Green teaching him how to paint a boat sign. It will be on telly in January. Eddie is a great guy and very talented.
I felt great today.
