A very wet day. Signed a whole lot of documents sorting out the loan for our flat. We are getting there. The process is a lot more steam-lined in the UK. It's clear that house buying doesn't happen as often as in the UK. We went to the pictures to see the Barbie film. It was very amusing and raised a lot of issues and pointed out that the world is changing. However, I had the feeling that although it named the issues it didn't look to carefully at where they are really coming from. Instead it cast the really powerful as fools. Maybe it is too much to expect that the Barbie film would turn out to be an anarchist polemic. Pink and black, the mind  boggles. I can see how it would annoy all the right people and it is good for that. I took a photo of a cinema in Stuttgart showing the Barbie film. The sign summarises the film quite nicely.
