SURPRISE

I had no idea what the girls had got planned for me but was convinced it was to do with water…paddle boarding or windsurfing.
#It turns out the water was torrential rain!!!
#The surprise was a trip to a vineyard.
#we had a talk from the lovely host. We all agreed their ethics on organic was great.
we tasted a white wine, a sparkling wine and a gin.
#Then they bought us a cheese board and we tasted a few more glasses!!!
#afterwards E was ready for a snooze!!! Well we had started at 11:00!!!!
#It was definitely a tiara moment!!!
#we were dancing as we left.
#when we got back we all had a Nana nap!!!(even though none of us are Nanas!!)
#In the evening we ate popcorn and…
#watched What’s Love Got To Do With It. A lovely film. J’s husband had set up the projector so it was screened on the 2mx4m wall. Brilliant.
What a fabulous day and phew no windsurfing!!! And rain didn’t spoil play at all.
