Dragomino
After having felt a bit below par for a week or two, it’s great to be feeling on good form again. I’ve done a lot of household jobs today, including stripping the guest bed and washing all the linen on it, right down to the mattress protector. Later on I managed to finish ironing the damp dry sheets just before Smithers put our supper on the table …
... at which point the doorbell rang. It was our middle son, who had brought our two youngest granddaughters round for a surprise visit! Halfway through the visit he disappeared off to the supermarket to stock up on post-holiday supplies, leaving us to play Dragomino with the girls. They bought this game in the toy shop in Ambleside last week, and are enjoying it enormously. Granny and Grandpa hadn’t a clue how to play it, but L was happy to teach us the rules, and even more happy when she roundly beat us!
