Moms and Dads cheering on the sidelines!

We are a great group of parents for E´s football team...we have been hanging out together on the sidelines for years now and it is always fun :-) I loved our shadows yesterday.

It was a strange eve/night. First a lovely party for my very lovely colleague Sh who is unfortunately leaving us. Then a hectic eve catching the end of one of the two games of the night, taking care of the boys and making cake for E´s birthday.....and then I had to go L´s house to pick up a present for E, at about 10pm....and realized something was wrong at the neighbour´s who live upstairs - an elderly man who lives alone. His papers were piling up and he wouldnt answer when I rang. I had to call the police and they came and found him - he had been dead for some days. So sad, so sad to be so alone that no notices that you are gone. He was 82 and was still working. He was very quiet and very shy and very alone. I hope he was happier than I imagined.

Not much sleep last night.

But now it is Erik´s birthday and we are heading out for a good meal of sushi...yum! So glad he loves sushi!
