We had early morning sunshine today

That's when I took this picture of Agapanthus just opening up. This plant has been with us for a long time, grown in pots and then in the ground and finally transplanted to its current position last year. I did not expect it to flower this year but am happy it has.
Started a new course aimed at helping me manage my COPD. I have had it for many years and it is only a slight inconvenience. My fellow students were far worse than me, one coughing constantly and the other using air pipes up her nose and a walker to assist mobility. I felt a total fraud. A bit more thinking led me to understand that I could easily become as bad as  them if I don't adopt the practices and do the exercises being recommended.
