Structure

The day got off to a flyer, we were out on the water for 8:15am. The Epic training session for the men was at long last a structured rowing session. I learnt more in ninety minutes than in the previous thirty months and it was hugely enjoyable.
I opted to stay in the gig for the second session, the leisure row, which was as the name suggests a more relaxed hour down to the inner harbour and back.

Later I found a recipe to try for dinner, chicken, stuffed with lemon and rosemary, roasted with garlic, chorizo and vegetables all in one pan, oven to table in a couple of hours, seemed to go down well.

Using my newly printed matrix I am trying to prioritise the increasing list of things that require doing either at home, the rugby club, Epic or the RNA.
