A new find
The bush shook as we passed and this little soul appeared. The first that we have seen in the area.
A jam packed day. It started with a shortened knit and natter session in town because B had a dental appointment at 12. I drove back home, picked him up and headed back to the car park.
It was a first visit for an assessment on joining the practice and it went well. I did take a picture there intending to to blip it, but as I’m back for my appointment on Monday I will repeat it then.
We had to complete an extremely extensive medical history questionnaire. We did B’s at home on line last week, I knew what was coming so asked if I could do mine whilst we were there today. It took 20 minutes !!!! We just got back to the car park before the ticket expired.
We had to rush home as we were expecting someone to come to repair the freezer cupboard door. It wasn’t as simple as it should have been, it never is.
Whilst he was working indoors the window cleaner arrived with his long handled brush and supply of water. He did a grand job and they are looking good.
At the older side of the country the garden chaps were cutting the hedge at our old house. The recent very wet weather in Lincolnshire has delayed the job, but it got done today. He kindly did before and after pictures to share. I’d ask him to do a quick video of the back garden to see if it is looking like a jungle, a bit, but could have been worse. They are now going to get the grass cut for us and we will be visiting in a couple of weeks and will see what we can do with the rest of it.
There is always the ‘paperwork’ attached to these sorts of things, not that there is any evidence of any paper involved these days.
