Another busy day…

Hello Everyone,

Another busy day for me today… I collected the new bike, and all was good with that. I did both my turbo and roller training sessions.

I had a long chat with one of my mates about the training strategy I plan to follow. Lots of food for thought on that I would say.

Tomorrow, I have the opticians…
