Camelford fish and chips

Started the day with a 3 mile jog with the dogs on the camel trail.
Onto work, busy day with a few things going wrong and needing to be fixed before the end of the day.
Met with some of my running friends for a run around camelford, it was warm and humid and we ended up doing 7 miles.
Finished off with a visit to the chippy
