August 10th, Summer of 2023

The first really dry day for some time, a chance to put up my festival tent to ensure its clean and dry before it goes away until the next one (Glastonbury 2024 fingers crossed)
Spent the afternoon cutting the grass (tent down by then). It has grown a lot in the wet humid weather so several baskets full of cutting had to be disposed of. The front axle, straightened again last week worked well, I turned the steering wheel and the mower went where I wanted it to.
Lazy evening sitting in the garden listening to music (The Band following Robbie Robertsons death), reading my kindle and ,I suspect, dozing off.
