Decorators finished today- w my newly painted front door . They did a good job apart from clearing up the numerous tiny and not-so-tiny flecks of paint on the paths, steps etc. That job will have to wait until i’m back from Edinburgh. Worked in the garden for a good few hours until it got too hot, and then stayed with the cats for a while/ they weren’t too happy about being confined to to the kitchen whilst the front door dried. Spoke to G. He and Dad got home at 12.45. Bloods showed that Dad’s infection markers were up slightly so after hearing what happened onSunday they prescribed another course of antibiotics , which of course they had to wait for.
