Berwick upon Tweed

Will and I have arrived in Edinburgh! We are here for the weekend for a spot of comedy. The train was lovely, completely full but it was very nice to just have to sit there for four hours- I caught up with lots of correspondence, read my book, offered to play cards with Will. It was very nice.

Edinburgh, obvs, was completely packed when we arrived. We got the bus to our weekend appartment, fannied around for a bit getting in, went to Tesco just next door for provisions.

Then set out for the evening, both a little worn out- then Will announced his phone had stopped charging. We decided on a phone shop pit stop, then it started working again. Thankfully- I really didn’t want to start buying new phones on the hoof, it is pretty old but hopeful can last until we get home.

We saw two good shows, Kirsty Mann and matty Hutson. She was very excellent, he a bit more hit and miss but still worth it. Then that was us done- am not quite sure why I have not a spot of energy left, we’ve been sat down most of the day! Anyway, big lie in planned for the morning and another day of adventure.
