Hollyhocks

One of the flowers that grows very prolifically here in Laramie are the Hollyhocks. They are stunning all over town now. So my blip today was someone's beautiful hollyhock in front of their house. I particularly love them because I can't grow them in Maine. It is too humid there and they get a horrible rust fungus on them.
Today was a day filled with meeting different friends to catch up. I met Sylvia at her house, and Gena at the restaurant for lunch and my mom and her friends at a downtown bar for a beer and Lisa at her booth at the farmer's market. And a variety of friends as they walked through the market.
The days are winding down here. I only have three more full days.
