Jota
Jota, and Gouda.
Jota is apparently most associated with Slovenia, though this version is from Trieste. It has cranberry beans, pancetta, sauerkraut, and potato. It was spectacularly good. I only wish we had some palinka to follow it up with. I'm now debating whether to have one of my really good cognacs or a Negroni.
