Ice Cream

White chocolate ice cream.

It's been a little while since I've made ice cream, but I have notions of returning to doing so more often. As a quart of ice cream with 8 ounces of Valrhona, this somehow tasted more intensely of white chocolate than eating the chocolate straight.
